椰汁錦鯉年糕

I can read Chinese (both simplified and traditional characters) but find it a bit hard to type Chinese on the computer. I hope writing in English would not put my readers off.

这个东东在华人超市里有卖，看着的确好看，就是不知道中不中吃。

I made one for the Launceston Chinese Association Chinese New Year gathering and it was snapped up quickly. You should make one following my recipe and see if you like it. Just make a round shape one and you don't need a fish mould.
