求长租，最好是12月20号月到月底可以搬进去，租金最好不要高于120，需要有网络，本人有Queen size床，书桌，所以屋内可以没有这些家具

電費可以變成三個月付一次或繼續現在的充電卡的方法, 可以跟另外一對中國情侶商量, since I was stayin for a short term, so we didn’t change that to a 3 months paid method but its always easy and just give the aurora company a call and can change straight away。
有洗衣機/廚房所有用具/微波爐/oven可使用，
兩間房內有衣櫃書桌x2, 鏡子+床頭櫃+暖爐，床跟matress

離university走路10分鐘 only and less than 5 minutes walk to supermarkets
適合長住，若是住一兩個月只要再找人轉租即可，
很適合剛來TAS或長期居住的朋友!可隨時聯絡看房間或看照片!!

650 has 3 years warranty and weve used one year only and its in a good quality still
