我想咨询一下关于移民的具体步骤或者找个律师帮助一起办理移民业务！请同学们有知道的告知一下！谢谢！

多数移民代理不是律师。Hobart应该有讲中文的代理。

Under the Migration Act 1958, and the Migration Agent Act 1998, only Registered Migration agent can legally give you advice regarding the visa application or other migration related issue. Migration agent may or may not be a solicitor.
A qualified solicitor can provide legal assistant to the clients to completing the documents required in the visa application or seeking judicial review.

It seems so far, there are at least two chinese ladies operating around Sandy Bay area.

Of coz, you call always ask your friends and family for suggestion, who would not charge you by the clock and therefore not regulated by the Acts.
