順便放上些最新的消息：
We had a meeting with the Immigration yesterday and received the confirmation to the following issues:
1)
It will be announced by the end of next week before 15 March 2010 that you can use the TRA outcome letter received prior to 2010 to apply for your PR without going through job ready test.
2)
The Immigration is discussing with TRA regarding the 38 hours full time working definition to see if TRA can change it to 20 hours for the Job Ready Test
3)
A new SOL list will be published at the end of April and will become effective in June 2010. This list will not be decided by the Immigration but will be revised based on the Independent Research for the job availability in a long term for Australia.
4)
The point test is being reviewed to allow Australia to attract high value professionals to migrate to Australia. Australia does need skilled people to have the optimal contribution to the country.
Possibly, more points to English, work experience and qualifications. It will be announced in 2010.
5)
There will be no capping or ceasing for onshore applications which means as long as you’ve lodged your application, you will receive the outcome! Eventually
