Position: Wait staff
Work type: full-time, part-time or casual
Duties for Wait Staff:
• Provide customers with menus and explain our dishes.
• Direct customers to their seats, ensuring their needs are attended to.
• Answer any immediate questions the customers may have.
• Setting up tables.
• Clearing tables after meals.
• Assist in coordinating dining reservations.
• Inspect and maintain dining space according to WHS guidelines and food safety standards
• Make recommendations or share additional information upon customer’s request.
• Handle complaints and ensure the customer leaves satisfied and impressed.
• Be happy to work weekends and holidays.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Prior work experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High standard of personal hygiene
• Good work ethic
