Collins street 公寓其中一室招租

我们是两个男生（均为塔斯马尼亚大学生）刚跟中介刚签了合同，拿下了一套 两层楼 公寓房，位置在1 Collins Street, 出门就是Brooker Highway, 走路5分钟就到市中心，到学校可能要坐公家车，走路稍远。地理位置没得说。
公寓自带游泳池，健身房，设施齐全，环境高档，十分安全。

关于房间，一楼是客厅和厨房，二楼是卧室。出租的是主卧，里面有单人床衣柜。由于中介还未将公寓清理完毕，暂时只能上传公寓的外观给大家看，能搬进去的日期是 3月24日（下周五）。我们的公寓 只有一个停车位，但是我已经有车，所以你也有车的话只能停到别的地方了，抱歉！

我们只招一个人，男女不限，不限国籍。租金每周 $250，费用包括 水 和 网。
电费需要大家一起承担，按季度支付。

感兴趣的朋友，请提前预约，我会把我和中介签的合同给你看，让你心里有底这个房子是有保证的，然后我和你再单独签约，一旦我们双方满意，你需要提前支付 4周的押金 ($1000)与我。到了下周五，我们会一起搬进新家。
