学校对面 Norman Court unit 整租

学校正对面路口的unit，这片很安静，走路到uni最多十分钟，地址大家google一下就知道了，和中介take的，因为计划离岛，所以要转合同，合同租期到15年2月7日，大概六月底到七月初可以腾空房子，有两个卧室，客厅很宽藏，有自己的车棚，后院有简易的储藏室，每周租金200，有意看房者可以联系我。

照片我明天会上传，$200/周是整套unit的租金，因为要和中介签合同，要有credit check之类的，所以必须本人在这边才行。
