Jail House Grill - Launceston

頭盤蠔，主菜牛。

煙肉蠔麻麻，煙肉同香料重，蓋過蠔味，可能啱d怕蠔腥的人。

生蠔同我超市買差不多，但大d，都ok正，但超市可以買成打。

cheese蠔都幾好，食得到係生蠔焗，唔似香港酒店自助餐用死蠔焗，先塗點泰色辣醬先放cheese焗，好食，連蠔水飲埋，係熟果d。


我對西冷朳都係麻麻，但有300g，肉眼得200g，叫了西冷，有點硬，但這只是因為西冷關係，用真火爐燒係有少少炭味，我就唔係咁中意，但係好味ge。

薯仔有蜜糖味，薯仔皮係炸到似著條咁，個皮好食個d薯仔肉。

最後，我覺得生蠔同cheese蠔最好食
