Hello good room for rent! Sorry my Chinese software not working :(
$130 per week include water and Internet - optic fibre, national broadband network,  fastest Internet so far.
About 4 mins walk to supermarket, and 8 mins to Uni. Bus stop nearly right in front of house if need to take bus to city.
Electricity to be shared among the 4 housemates, pay as you go, every four weeks.
its about $13 per week for summer and $25 per week in winter. housemates are very thrifty, so they don't waste electricity.
Bedroom fully furnished with bed, table, chairs, Heater, wardrobe. Will provide bed sheet and pillow if you are desperate(second hand) for free, will also provide bowls and pots and spoons and forks. Does not provide rice cooker.
New room with lots of sunlight ! There are  two toilets In the house and one of them is for your private use !
Shared bathroom.
Three other housemates are Malaysia Chinese male students from pharmacy and law.
Kitchen included a brand new fridge, also include microwave, and lots of kitchen cupboard space.
No car park, suitable for students with no car.
