楼主，事情解决没有？从第一次听说到现在都很久了。。。。。。

Can those good intentioned and good hearted people who have shown sympathy to the woman narrating this pathetic story please take a minute to think whether it is the true version of the story that was narrated? Some people are just good as posing themselves as victims when in reality they have caused immense grievance to other people. She is obviously manipulating this website's student population and has obviously done a good job influencing their students' judgments with a one-sided version. The sad thing is no one has bothered to check whether what she said is the truth and started bombarding the UTas lecture with malicious verbal attacks. I can assure you innocent students that you can be sued for malicious damage to one's reputation. Remember this is Australia.
In the case of a rental situation, a signed agreement is legally binding. When the agreement is still valid and the owner does not breach the contract, he/she can refuse to accept a replacing tenant. Why should they if the replacement is mentally disoriented, has a bad rental history or is perceived to be a problem to neighbours? Just do not exaggerate your rights. Everyone in Australia has a right, but within limits, unfortunately.

谢谢各位的关心，很遗憾的是目前我还住在那个unit里。截止至现在，我已经经历了恐怖片，惊悚片，悲伤片，纪实片，斗殴片。。精彩程度让我都觉得叹为观止。我想做个好人，做个说真话的人，不想别人再被骗，真的是不容易。别的不多说了，最近一直都在生病，我只想说，我没有撒谎！

你可以去TUU找DAVIE，她就专门管这事的，city的tennet union也是会管的，还有university law department是有法律援助的，如果你是学商科的，商学院的几位law的老师们都非常友好乐于助人，以前我刚来遇到倒霉的事情就是教Blaw的Tom帮我打电话到法院解决的，他么的社会关系都很广，而且不会说歧视华人，那个找我麻烦你人还是澳洲人呢，如果这些你都尝试了却都没有办法。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

有件事我很没搞懂啊，LZ当时交了多少押金？ 大不了押金不要一走了之总行吧？ 既然这人这么死皮赖脸的不让你转租，那你就不要押金伴奏哇~

PS：LZ你这段真让我想起了‘北京人在纽约’姜文被人在加油站揍，然后打人的拿人往地上扔了些钱说“在这（纽约）老外咱惹不起，也就揍中国人解解馋了”
