  Hi there,

  I wasn't there at the time, these are separate issues.  I am just commenting on your comments that defamation only protect Australian Citizen, this point is incorrect.  In addition,  if you read through the Defamation Act, you would know its also relate to comments made on Internet.  

I am not making any comments on the whole issue here, I am just making a point in relation to your understanding in some legal issues.

    无语了，烦不烦啊，只敢到匿着名来，如果没这胆就别一直这么品的发泄的一个小女生身上，不就为了房租的事情吗，你至于嘛，没钱不能好好说啊，大家又不是缺你这点钱，不租房了，还能当个朋友，别这么耍无赖行不。不知道的还真以为在做什么大义凌然的事呢，别这么“我爱中国，我爱中国”的喊，爱国不是你这么爱的，你咋没早几年被你爸妈“意外”出来，要不《真实的谎言》当年绝对是你来演的....

At law this type of thing is difficult to fix, hard to prove and hard to determine what type of remeedy may be the appropriate one. Can your friend prove that he will lose business etc from these untrue words??
Doing what you have is the best thing and if you can identify the person seek a written retraction and apology.
