Recipe is as follow:
1 1/2 cups plain flour
3/4 coup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups soft brown sugar (if you don't want the cookie too sweet, reduce the portion)
180g unsalted butter
150g dark chcolate, chopped
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups choc bits
1>preheat oven to moderate 180 degree, line two 32 x 23 cm biscuit tryas with baking paper
2> sift flour and cocoa into a large mixing bowl, add sugar, make a well in the centre (the well is not necessary lah, as long as you mix well, it'll do)
3> combine butter and choclate in a small pan, stir over a low heat until mixture is melted and smooth; remove from heat
4> add butter misture and eggs to dry ingredients. using a wooden spoon stir until well combined; do not overbeat (the mixture actually got quite thick and stick, I wasn't strong enough to stir it using wooden spoon. so I used electronic beater)
5> stir in choc bits, mix well.
6> drop 2 level tablespoons of mixture onto prepared trays, allowing room for spreading. flatten each one slightly with fingertips
7> bake for 12 minutes, cool on trays for 5 minutes before transferring into a wire rack to cool .
