lz你真的挺逗的，这信是在hobart华人的mailing list转发的一封信，根本不是什么学校的“内部信件”。这封信可能是哪位在网友看到了前不久的帖子然后在这个mailing list里转发的，让大家小心，你却。。。。。

Do you guys actually believe this letter, it is full of grammatical mistakes.  As a lawyer myself, these people can and will be charged.  I've seen charges laid to these people.  "没用，这边的人都是尽力护着当地人，谁会管咱们呢。" Not to my experience.

我也觉得这语言很不local english额……

judging by the  whole article format,难道,真正的作者是--------------叫兽!!!!!!
