Sorry about that, but I reckon I must have my reason if I did horn at ya. I obtained my license down here ages ago, I passed all my tests in one go. So I am pretty sure I know the rules back and forth. But if your still upset about it, come deal with me next time if I horn at you again without a reason you satisfied. I will be more than happy to follow up the situation with you by going through the proper legal way.
