All information regarding the UTAS on-campus accommodation is on the following UTAS web page:

You should use the Hobart Arrival Form (or Launceston Arrival Form) to request temporary on-campus accommodation first. The UTAS International Services will arrange temporary on-campus accommodation for you, or if on-campus accommodation is unavailable, they will help you find homestay. After you have lived in Tasmania for a few weeks you can then start to look for a shared house which is a lot cheaper.
