Fine tuning the neck

I told my physiotherapist that it was easier for me to turn my head to the left than to the right. She asked me to stand against a wall with my head firm on the wall. Then, I turned my head to the left and to the right.

“When you turn to the right, it is more like tilting than turning,” she said.

Now I had yet another set of exercises to fine tune the movement of my head.

Practice makes perfect. The more one writes, the better it gets. It is a matter of how much one puts in. Everyone can do the same.  详情 回复
