It's illegal to sell reptiles in Tasmania, so you won't see any reptile (turtle, lizard, snake or even frog) being displayed in pets shop here. But some people working in pets shop told me that if I get reptiles (like lizards or frogs) in the backyard I can keep them as pet at home. So good luck mate.
