House Features include: *Amazing views. *Very low power bills (Solar hot water, LED lighting, heatpump) *Only 10minutes walk from university *Buses pickup just outside the house twice per hour to UTAS and city. We include Water, Power is share but very cheap, wireless internet is also included. House is at 215 Nelson road with 3quiet and respectful housemates (two Chinese Malaysian - one Australian 他会说一点点中文 {:soso_e100:}). The room is fully furnished.
