Room for rent in Hampden road Battery Point - 5 minute walk to the city and Salamanca 15 min to Utas and Tafe  Hello potential housemates i'm seeking housemate to move into my large 2 bedroom share-house in battery point on Hampden Road ...my house mate is moved out in Melbourne .. I'm looking a housemate who is friendly, sociable and employed and believes they would be a good fit in my home. students also welcome  The room will be available from now and i'm looking for somebody willing to stay on the lease for at least 6 month and longer..lease till December ... This bedroom is huge in size.its has a single bed. rent is 140$+ 4week bond ..internet+electricity bill will split with as ..for right person rent can be negotiable .no pet please. street car parking . parking permit can be get easily from city-council.
