Personally I don't see anything wrong with using those words, but there are time and places for such things.  Surely you cannot using it all the time.

i think f is f***k. and b is bi**h.

but  F&B normally stand for Food and Beverage....

I like that, Food and Beverage.  I don't think that bi**h is that widely used anymore, it is bit out of fashion.
