一間比較適合單人,另外一間比較大,適合情侶,但單人都是可以的.

租金AUD$120/per week,兩週付一次， 押金大概一個月，不包含網電，網絡可以跟另外一對中國情侶商量付多小，電費可以變成三個月付一次或繼續現在的充電卡的方法, 可以跟另外一對中國情侶商量。
有洗衣機/廚房所有用具/微波爐/oven可使用，
兩間房內有衣櫃書桌x2, 鏡子+床頭櫃+暖爐，床跟matress
大的房間有一個超級大的衣櫃, 窗戶可照到溫暖陽光，有一個balcony, 房間很大，

離university走路10分鐘 only and less than 5 minutes walk to supermarkets
適合長住，若是住一兩個月只要再找人轉租即可，
很適合剛來TAS或長期居住的朋友!可隨時聯絡看房間或看照片!!
這裡共有3房所, 有一個很大的backyard.

internet is available in jan for short term
but for long term staying, internet is definite sharing with the chinese couples
