两房出租King st Modern Villa

我们最近从中介take下一套房子，房子建于1994，三室两卫。
地理位置：走路10分钟到商学院或者语言中心，15分钟到图书馆，8分钟到超市。门口巴士站到CBD.
我们住其中一间带ensuite的，出租另外两个房间。每个房间只住一个人。
所以主浴室和卫生间只有两个人share. 厨房4人share, 水电网费4人share(初装费当然我们自己出).
目前我们还没有入住，所以房子是空的。我们会买家具。也正是这个原因，现在还不能看房。
不过我们认为找到合适的室友很重要，所以希望有兴趣的同学提前询问或者面谈。
注意：入住/看房日期是3月31号起。（不过你也许可以去考察一下外观）

最后自我介绍一下：我们两个是人鬼组合，都是full time uni, part time work。我男朋友学艺术，他很喜欢学中文，喜欢聊天。
我读pharmacy, 个性独立，喜欢直来直去，喜欢逛garage sale.  我们二人个性简单，热爱生活，满于现状。欢迎无复杂人际关系人士来share我们的房子。

顺便，因为根据中介规定，入住的房客都要经过他们的最后认可，所以最好提前通知我们, 也好让我们互相多了解。
