safe and quiet residential area.
10-15 mins walking to utas.
5 mins walking to bus stop.

Beautiful garden with apple tree and peach tree.
Fantastic view from kitchen.
3 bed room with large living room.
TV cable, Tel cable r available.
Many inner built wardrobes, good for u to keep all sorts of staff: eg, cloths, shoes, bags...
sign contract with national real estate agent.

We r moving out due to unexpected job opportunity.

accept phone call from now for arranging inspections.
inspection starts 1 Aug 2011.

I also like it a lot
We r busy with packaging n selling staff nowadays.
so we prefer the inspection starting at next Monday (1 Aug).

i will send u the address through message.
we might arrange time for the inspection n not to clash with others.
