CHC52015 - Diploma of Community Services
SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
SIT40516 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management
You must have Australian vocational qualifications, at least to the level or above and in addition to this you must hold one of the following credentials
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, andeither TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
Duties & Responsibilities
Follow the course curriculum to deliver and assess the respective course in an efficient and effective manner
Develop and modify session plans for units of competency (UOC) as required by Academic Manager.
Grading students assessment and report marking results to the Academic Manager
Record and report student attendance and course progress in accordance with college Policy and Procedures.
Ensure professional development is continuously maintained for industry currency
Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTO's 2015, National Code 2018, NVR requirements and ESOS Act 2000
Participating in audit, validation and moderation activities.
Delivery of training programs with a focus on face to face delivery.
Monitor the use of resources and contribute to their improvement.
Coordinate with other trainers to lead the college projects and provide guidance to the students.
General academic and administrative duties.
Skills & Experience:
Able to work independently and autonomously in a classroom environment.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
High-level attention to detail and outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
