Kayena, Tamar River
I went to a friend's holiday house in Kayena. They were very kind to treat us to a sumptuous lunch and dinner. We went fishing at the private jetty after lunch. Tamar River and the Batman Bridge (pronounced as bat-men, named after John Batman, not the Batman in movies)
A flathead my friend caught. My friend and my husband altogether caught about 6-7 fish (all flathead) but we kept only 2 because the rest were a bit too small and were put back into the water. Legally, one is not allowed to keep flathead under 30cm.

We would take Chinese students with us if they could make it too.However, many have to work during weekends and some find it physically too demanding for them.Anyway, if you have a weekend free, get into the car and explore this beautiful island more.Enjoy your stay here. i like fishing
