When prospective employers ask you what have you done beyond simply obtaining your degree, what will you say? What makes you stand out? What makes you the one they want?Those with a Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Award will have something to say. Will you? The Vice-Chancellor’s Leadership Award was created to educate, challenge and inspire, while helping students to develop networks, work ethic, community awareness, leadership and employability.Our aim is to give students the skills and experience required to develop a competitive edge, both personally and professionally. The program involves a program of six two-hour seminars across the year with speakers who have substantial leadership experience. Participants also need to complete 40 hours of volunteering and engage in a process of online self-reflection.
